GRAVITY and Backstage mobile applications — Last updated: 24 September 2026
This policy explains what the GRAVITY application (package
io.horacrm.clients), used by our clients, and the Backstage
application (package io.horacrm.prestataires), used by the artists
and technicians we work with, collect and why.

What we collect, and why
| Data | Why |
|---|---|
| Name, e-mail address, phone number | Identify you and send the one-time sign-in code. We already hold these as part of our working relationship; the application does not ask for new ones. |
| Sign-in code and session token | Keep you signed in. The code expires after 10 minutes; the session token lasts one year unless you sign out. |
| Notification token, platform, application version, device model | Send you notifications about your event. Without this we cannot reach your device. |
| Your answers and choices in the application — music form, dress code, timing, declared bank transfers and the photographs of their receipts | Prepare and run your event, and record payments. |
| For Backstage: availability, assignments, professional details | Plan the events you take part in. |
What we do not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics, no third-party tracker: neither application contains any.
- We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers required to make the applications work, each for that purpose alone:
- Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) — delivers notifications to your device.
- Twilio — sends the sign-in code over WhatsApp, when that is the channel you use.
- PRIVIANET SARL (9 place de la Libération, BP 12, 26111 Nyons Cedex, France) — hosts the servers on which the data is stored.
The data is therefore hosted in France, within the European Union.
How long we keep it
Your event data is kept for as long as our working relationship lasts, then for whatever period accounting and tax rules require. Sign-in codes are erased after 10 minutes. A notification token is erased as soon as the device stops answering, or when you sign out.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have it erased. Write to contact@gravity2music.com and we will answer within one month. If you are in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Security
All exchanges between the applications and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the data is limited to the people in our team who need it to do their work.
Children
These applications are meant for adults organising or working at events. They are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and the new version is published here.
